Job Description: 

As a Property Valuation Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting site visits to residential, commercial, and other properties for valuation purposes. Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough site visits to assess the condition, characteristics, and value of properties.
• Completing assessment forms accurately, documenting property details, measurements, and observations.
• Utilizing measurement tools to determine dimensions, verify property boundaries, and conduct market rate verification.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of assessment forms, including checking all four corners of the property.
• Capturing high-quality property photos to supplement assessment documentation.
• Collaborating with team members to coordinate site visits and share findings.
• Adhering to company standards and procedures for property assessment and valuation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns as needed.
